-But haven't we heard these kind of allegations before? Barack Obama was sure North Korea hacked Sony. And McCain himself was certain Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. They were both wrong.
-We need to be careful when throwing out terms like "act of war" before all the facts are in. Jumping to conclusions in major foreign policy matters only leads to trouble.
