#BREAKING: Former Minneapolis police officer and convicted murderer #DerekChauvin has filed for appeal acting as his own attorney. After Chauvin's conviction, the police union that paid for his defense told him that they would no longer be representing him. Derek Chauvin said he intends to appeal on 14 grounds. Among them, he claims Judge Peter Cahill abused his discretion when he denied Chauvin’s request to move the trial out of Hennepin County due to pretrial publicity.

Do you think Chauvin got a fair trial?
