LIVE COURT CAM: Part 2 - Willard Miller, one of 2 defendants charged with first-degree murder in the beating death of high school Spanish teacher, Nohema Graber, 66, is in court Wednesday to try to get incriminating evidence excluded from his case.

Miller was 16, when he and his friend Jeremy Goodale also 16 at the time allegedly ambushed their teacher while she was walking in the park and beat her to death with a baseball bat. Motive is unclear.

Miller’s attorneys have filed a motion to suppress, arguing the police interrogated the juvenile without telling his parents they wanted to talk to him about a homicide.

Defense lawyers say evidence obtained as a result of that interview should be quashed.
