as posted by the channelJudy Church’s police interrogation video is shown in court. In the video, Church describes Leroy Fowler’s health issues and his inability to pick himself up off the floor. Fowler allegedly told Church, “I’m gonna die, you know that, don’t you?” as he writhed on the floor, before the arrival of an ambulance. Fowler died a few days later from what prosecutors say was antifreeze poisoning, allegedly given to him by Church.
