While handing down the sentence, the judge noted that Nealy “forfeited his right to live.” Nealy killed his wife, Jaime, in Jan. 2018 and posed as her by sending texts and pictures of their two children to her family. However, when Jaime’s family grew suspicious, Nealy traveled to the family’s home and killed her parents, Richard and Laura Ivancic, brother Nicholas, as well as their three dogs in Dec. 2018.
