Gregg, who was 14 at the time of the shooting, was sentenced in Sept. 2024, to life in prison for murder and attempted murder, plus 10 years for tampering with evidence. After arguments were presented to the Mississippi Supreme Court, it was determined that an official ruling will be made at the appropriate time.
