She recalled what happened prior to the boat flipping and then seeing a bunch of her friends and the Pino’s in the water after the crash. Alvarez got emotional speaking about the incident and also recalled seeing her friend, Lucy Fernandez, getting CPR on the boat. George Pino is charged with vessel homicide and manslaughter for the death of 17-year-old Lucy Fernandez.
