Dikeman, 33, was convicted of first-degree reckless homicide, chronic neglect of a child resulting in death and repeated physical abuse of a child causing death. In emotional statements to the court, AJ’s friends and family described the devastating impact of his death and urged the judge to impose the maximum possible sentence.
