The judge defended counsel’s experience and admonished Killins for failing to maintain his composure, warning that the jury would be watching his courtroom behavior. Killins is on trial for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting a DoorDash driver during a delivery in April 2023, as well as shooting the woman’s friend when he arrived after tracking her phone in an attempt to rescue her.
