Long testified that he was assigned to the case in 2004 and followed an anonymous tip that he believed could lead investigators to the possible murder weapon. But despite his efforts, he was unable to locate it. Long also testified about his interview with Duane “Keffe D” Davis, who is accused of planning and orchestrating the drive-by shooting that killed Tupac.
