Ellen Greenberg: The totality of the circumstances must not be ignored

Ellen Greenberg: there are multiple indicators of strangulation including two areas of hemorrhage in the neck muscles, two small contusions on her neck and a mark consistent with a fingernail, according to Dr Wayne Ross. NOW Dr Lindsay Simon, Philadelphia’s Chief Medical Examiner in her 32 page so-called ‘independent’ and ‘unbiased’ review dated October 10 2025 states ‘the findings at autopsy are not consistent with strangulation.’ Further, she concludes there was ‘NO evidence of abuse’ but notes that in addition to 11 bruises documented by Dr Osbourne that there were 20 other bruises and contusions that were not included in the original autopsy report. She opines that the 31 bruises, at various stages of healing, were ‘sustained during activities of daily living, including her work as a first grade teacher.’ Jaw dropping 🤯💀💣
