The detective at the scene said, if he did it, he had to find out “what drove him to it.” I was livid when I heard him say this. No-one “drove” him to kill. He did it because he could - because HE chose to. The police failed to risk assess, investigate and protect Hannah and the children. Disgraceful. Enough of the victim blaming and excusing abusive and violent men 🤬🖤💀
