Josh Duggar was dealt another blow in court. The judge granted the prosecutors request to allow his cellmate to testify against him as the material witness. Robert Franklin will be granted release from detention to testify in court

In a separate filing, Josh's attorneys are trying to argue that Josh may never have touched his sisters & there is NO PROOF it happened
