Blake Lively is now facing serious questions after new evidence was filed by Justin Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios. For months, Lively has accused Baldoni of using Taylor Swift for attention—yet an email between her attorneys and Wayfarer reveals that she herself claimed Taylor had relevant information about the production, editing, and creative decisions of the film, as well as publicity and workplace concerns.

This comes just days after Taylor Swift publicly stated she had no involvement in the project. Wayfarer believes Blake is refusing to turn over communications with Taylor because they may contradict her claims. While Lively has repeatedly accused Wayfarer of withholding information, the new filing shows she has failed to provide any evidence to support her own allegations.

Now, Wayfarer is formally requesting that Blake release the records and address the inconsistencies in her statements.
