Blake Lively has been ordered by Judge Liman to hand over the missing audio file that she claimed supported her motion for fees and damages. The judge set a strict deadline for Monday, but the audio remains unauthenticated and was never properly filed with the court.

Now the court wants the physical CD turned over to the clerk’s office so the public and the judge can finally access the file that was missing from her original submission. This comes after months of confusion over evidence that Blake’s legal team referenced but never provided.

Will she meet the Monday deadline? Or will this delay raise even more questions about what’s really on that recording?
