During a Kennedy Library Forum, former Supreme Court Justices Sandra Day O'Connor and David Souter commented on changes in the dynamic of the Supreme Court along with transparency and cameras in Supreme Court. They spoke with Yale University Law School JournalistinResidence Linda Greenhouse, who commented that "Of course, not too many people get the chance to actually see the Court in action...Here we are on CSPAN. CSPAN has kind of has a dog in that fight of wanting to bring the Court into the living rooms of America." Souter comments, "A fight which I hope CSPAN loses."
