Frank Pallone (D-NJ) is interrupted while reading the Constitution on the House floor by a woman who begins shouting at him. Pallone, taking part in the House's reading of the entire Constitution, had just come to the part in Article II, Section 1 stating no one but a "natural-born citizen" can be president of the United States. News accounts describe the woman as a "birther." The woman was removed by Capitol police. Because the House has not approved C-SPAN's request for its own cameras in the chamber, you can hear but not see the
gallery protest.
