as posted by the channelOn Nov. 9, 2010, CSPAN sent this letter to incoming Speaker John Boehner renewing CSPAN's request, on behalf of media organizations, to allow its cameras in the House chamber to add a journalistic element to the floor debate coverage currently produced by government cameras. In this Feb. 3, 2011 response read on CSPAN's Washington Journal program 2/4/2011, Speaker Boehner said no to the request.
