Included in his comments, "They're all very irrational people, or they wouldn't be thinking about it. If you're thinking very long and hard about whether to run for President you probably won't. My rule of thumb is the number one requirement for a well qualified person is 90% of it is actually announcing and actually finishing the race." Commenting on a recent dinner he had with Former Gov. Jon Huntsman, "I think he and I think Governor Pawlenty I think Governor Romney all are three former governors with strong prospects in our party, and there may be more who have a chance to do that."
