In early 1960 the CIA began psychological testing on anti-Castro Cuban exiles from the Miami area on a small island known as Useppa Island. Their use of the island and its facilities lasted only a few months and much of what took place there wasn't know to locals for years. We'll hear from the owner of the island about the secret CIA training that took place there.
