11:40Now PlayingSee original photographs and documents from the Utah Construction Company. The company, founded in Ogden in 1900, was behind many major, U.S. construction projects throughout the 20th century beginning with the Feather River Rail route between Oakland and Salt Lake City. One of the company's most notable projects was the Hoover Dam. Thousands of documents related to company's history are now archived at Weber State University. Sarah Langsdon, the University's Curator of Special Collections, shows us some of the pieces in the collection including scrapbrooks that document the building of the Hoover Dam and original meeting notes taken at the turn of the 20th century.
