National Security Adviser John Bolton delivered remarks at the Federalist Society in Washington, DC. He criticized the authority and legitimacy of the International Criminal Court (ICC) stating, "The United States will use any means necessary to protect our citizens and those of our allies from unjust prosecution by this illegitimate court.
