President Trump was briefed by FEMA Administrator Brock Long and Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen on Hurricane Florence's track. The president said the U.S. is "totally prepared." Following remarks by Administrator Long, the president was asked about last year's hurricane response and recovery efforts in Puerto Rico, which he called an "incredible unsung success." Recently, a Puerto Rican governmentcommissioned study found that nearly 3,000 people died as a result of Hurricane Maria. Full video here
