Saturday 10pm & Sunday 4pm ET - We invited historian Edward Lengel and film scholar Anjuli Singh to provide commentary while watching the movie, which is set in New York and in France. Actual Army veterans of the battle are featured, as are fictionalized scenes about recruitment, training, and relationships with loved ones at home. September 26 marks the centennial of the launch of the Meuse Argonne offensive, and October 1st to the 7th, 1918 are the dates of the Lost Battalion ordeal.
