While testifying before the Senate, Attorney General William Barr says he'll review the genesis and conduct of intelligence activities directed at the Trump presidential campaign. "I think spying did occur, but the question is whether it was adequately predicated." At the end of the hearing, Barr makes a clarification. "I am not saying that improper surveillance occurred.
