President Joe Biden, when asked about the Colorado Supreme Court ruling that Donald Trump is ineligible to hold office because of his role in the attack on the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, said there is "no question" Donald Trump supported an insurrection, but the court decide whether that means Donald Trump violated the 14th Amendment and cannot be on the Colorado ballot.
