Judges on DC Circuit Court of Appeals hear arguments about whether former President Donald Trump's has presidential immunity from prosecution related to the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol. Many news articles on today's case describe the judges as "skeptical" of the total presidential immunity claim. We will hear some of the back and forth with the attorneys and talk with Politico's senior legal affairs reporter Josh Gerstein. (7)

Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) addresses the latest federal indictment he is facing, charges that he acted as a foreign agent for the government Qatar, calling them "sensationalized allegations" and saying, "I'm innocent and I intend to prove my innocence."

The Pentagon reveals that Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin underwent surgery for prostate cancer in December, and it was complications from that procedure that put him in the hospital this month. Pentagon and White House also take new steps to revise and clarify protocols for delegating authority in the event a cabinet official is unable to do the job, as questions continue about the delay in letting the White House and public know about the Defense Secretary's situation.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken meets with Israeli leaders in Israel, again urging them to protect civilians in Israel war against Hamas in Gaza, and saying that creation of a Palestinian state is essential for a long-term solution.
