as posted by the channelDuring a House Oversight Committee meeting on a resolution to recommend the House of Representatives hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress. Hunter Biden briefly attended. While he did, Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) says to Hunter Biden, "You are the epitome of white privilege..."
Later in the hearing, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) responds to the 'white privilege' comment: "I can't get over the gentle lady from South Carolina talking about white privilege. It was a spit in the face, at last of mine, as a black woman, for you to talk about what white privilege looks like."
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) also later responds, " "We show up, we give speeches, give flowery words but at the end of the day participate in the structural erosion of the rights and representation of people that are marginalized, women, peopled of color..."
