The judge in the New York civil fraud case also banned Donald Trump from doing business in New York for three years, and his adult sons Eric and Don, Jr. for two years. The sons must pay $4 million each. We hear from Donald Trump and New York Attorney General Letitia James (D).

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) announces he will not run for president as a third-party or independent candidate, ending month of speculation. He said he didn’t want to be “a spoiler".
