0:31Now PlayingDefense Secretary Pete Hegseth on Thursday delivered a press conference from Central Command headquarters in Tampa, Florida, on the continuing U.S. military operations in the Middle East, such as Epic Fury. Before this conference it was announced that Homeland Security secretary, Kristi Noem, was being replaced by Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK). Questioned on this by reporters, Hegseth shared his thoughts.
"Kristi Noem did an excellent job over there securing our border and keeping us focused on threats. I'm sure Mullin will do a fantastic job; he's been a friend of mine for a long time. Kristi did a great job on setting us up for success."
