"A Christian Case Against Donald Trump" (2024)
"MAGA SeductionResisting the Debasement of the Christian Conscience" (2020)
Trump's administration released a 565-page report claiming 14 acts of "anti-Christian bias" by the Biden administration. Every serious follower of Jesus should be embarrassed by it.
This isn't persecution. This is the loss of privilege — and the difference matters theologically.
In this video I examine the Trump persecution report through the lens of Jesus' own theology of suffering, the Beatitudes, and the historical record of actual Christian martyrdom. The task force members are conservative American Christians who currently hold the White House, the Senate, the House, and the Supreme Court — and they are calling themselves victims. That is not a Christian category. That is a political one.
Meanwhile, real Christians are being deported by the same administration that produced this report. Persecuted Christian minorities from countries like Afghanistan, Sudan, and Iran are being removed from the United States while MAGA Christians claim they are the ones under attack.
This is Christian nationalism exposed for what it is: the weaponization of faith for political power.
If you are a follower of Jesus who is troubled by what MAGA Christians have done to the Gospel — you are not alone. This channel exists to equip you with the theological arguments, the data, and the biblical framework to understand exactly what is happening.
