The political game played - with help from the media - is exactly why we see very little done in Congress, as they would rather destroy a political opponent for their own acquisition of power. An example of this is how the conversation about opening up schools has become. There has been no solutions based in science from the Democrats on this subject, and their only discussions on it, is the juvenile labeling of those wanting to open up safely as 'murderers' or 'killers'. It's an overplayed tactic that does nothing to help.
