The million-dollar plus proposal focuses on "de-centering whiteness" and includes altering the district’s curriculum to require diversity and inclusion training to graduate and establishing a new Thinkpol to literally monitor “everyday verbal or nonverbal, snubs or insults, whether intentional or unintentional, which communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative messages to target persons based solely upon their marginalized or underrepresented group membership.”
