YouTube Description
as posted by the channelDana (@DLoesch) talks with Andy McCarthy (@AndrewCMcCarthy), Former Chief Asst. U.S. Attorney, Bestselling author, Fox News Contributor, Contributing Editor at National Review & Fellow at NR Inst. about the political and legal perspectives on Trump's SCOTUS pick. Is it legal for Trump and the Senate to move forward? Would Democrats exercise a delay of confirmation if the shoe was on the other foot? Of course not, it's not only legal for Trump to move forward, but it's Constitutional - there are no rules outside of: the President can nominate, and the Senate will advise and consent. That's it. Don't believe the Dem/Media hype on this - Also, even if RBG made a death bed wish on when and who should fill her now vacant seat - that's not how the Constitution works. In a court of law, Trump and The Senate have nothing stopping them from nominating and confirming. Period.
