The city council is not only acting tyrannical, but they continue to invoke harm to this business, as the rest of the country is opening up. This all began by Tinhorn Flats doing the right thing in December 2020 by NOT opening up INSIDE, (they only opened up the outdoor dining area) but the reckless, tyrannical actions of the Burbank City Council started by removing permits, then cutting their power, then penalizing them for the permit violations. Tinhorn Flats' fight against government overreach should be fully supported, and the actions of the Burbank City Council should not only be criticized, but legally challenged.
