YouTube Description
as posted by the channelDana (@DLoesch/@DanaLoeschRadio) talks with Todd Staples (@Todd_Staples) President of the Texas Oil and Gas Association (@TXOGA), 11th @TexasDeptofAg Commissioner. Former State Senator & Representative, on the facts behind domestic energy production - and what really hinders supply, therefore spiking the price.
The mindless talking point of ‘Oil and gas companies are sitting on 9000 leases’, doesn’t address the fact that the government is the reason for all the red tape that follows leasing, that keeps supply low.
It makes no sense to BEG for oil from world dictators, who are not as environmentally responsible as the U.S., while in the same breath claiming you’re for more ‘clean energy’ sources.
Todd does a great job of breaking down the need for domestic production, how many everyday products rely on petroleum products for existence and why government policies actually hurt more than they help.
