After getting the GDP numbers this morning that proved we are in a recession with the SECOND quarter of negative GDP growth, the Democrats are denying that we are in a recession and on top of that, they introduce another spending bill that would raise taxes and make inflation worse. By naming it an “Inflation Reduction” bill, they think people are dumb enough to believe it, so we’ll see if they’re able to get the votes to pass it.
Sen. Cruz also introduced a bill that would utilize the UNUSED COVID money, and direct it to enhancing school security - not surprisingly it was met with resistance from Democrats. Here is Sen. Cruz’s proposal:
