as posted by the channelDana (@DLoesch/@DanaLoeschRadio) talks with Carol Roth (@caroljsroth) - She’s a “recovering” investment banker, entrepreneur, TV pundit and host, and New York Times bestselling author - on the Fed raising rates another 75 basis points, after commenting on how these interest rate hikes will continue until they feel like they have inflation under control.
We have a rate hike expected in December ’22, February ’23, and March ’23 - so it looks like rate hikes at 25-50 basis points (or MORE!) for each of the new rate adjustments.
Inflation is a sign of more money supply vs demand - so adding this cost to money is how the Fed slows down the money supply…which means our markets: stocks, housing, food, entertainment will all suffer as these rates on money continue to skyrocket. Carol notes they only have to go back to the government spending of 2018 - if we did that, we’d be at a surplus right now, but government spending is what has caused this all.
Don’t fall for the lie of “Business profits are what drive inflation” - nothing could be further from the truth.
