Alvin Bragg is trying to make a potential NY misdemeanor into a felony, in order to sneak in this indictment before ‘statutes of limitations’ expires.
The charges are so absurd - with Bragg trying to claim that entering into an NDA and paying Stormy for her silence is somehow now classified as a ‘campaign finance’ violation because a quiet Stormy would mean a ‘benefit’ to Trump’s campaign. I’ve heard of ‘grasping at straws’, but this is another level. It’s a clear case of political prosecution, and happens most when Democrats are in charge.
Andy doesn’t believe that Trump will ever be arrested in the traditional sense - he believes the Grand Jury will indict on whatever they can, and if it comes down to it, Trump will remain secure under the watch of Secret Service, and will surrender if he needs to.
