From the beginning, Ken Paxton has been pushing back on all the things Texans want him to push back on, and Paxton’s public comments on voter fraud, and his desire to investigate counties (including Democrat ones), is when all of the attacks on him started to ramp up. Either way, the procedures that those in the TX House are using to force through this impeachment are admittedly thin, erodes confidence in the institution and therefore looks politically motivated.
Until TX lawmakers can come up with actual evidence, Matt Schaefer is a NO vote on impeachment.
