Since then, the fifth circuit has stayed the preliminary injunction pending oral arguments on August 10, which is pretty standard. The White House filed an appeal to the decision that The Biden Admin should just FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION - make no mistake, Democrats do not care about your freedoms or liberties, especially if it is an obstacle to their agenda.
The pressure from the White House was so egregious, is the largest violation of the First Amendment in American history…and magically, it appears to only happen when Democrats are in charge.
Threatening Sec. 230 - even threatening to use Anti-Trust laws were just a couple of tactics the Biden Admin used in order to get American’s speech taken down. A precedent can be set here - stay tuned as we follow this to see how far the government will go in order to control every aspect of your life.
