It appears that NYC has applied a rule that is meant to protect the ‘consumer’ - and when you look at Trump’s asset case, there was no victim, the banks did not lose money - as a matter of fact, the banks that testified in this trial said that they made money and would want to do business with him again. In addition, NYC has prohibited Trump from doing business in NYC. Political targeting and political persecution - period.
Andy notes that the appeal process in this civil case, you have to put the money up - PLUS INTEREST - which puts this around a half of a BILLION dollars! Please tell us who is getting 'justice' with this decision?
And that just scratches the surface on other trials targeting Trump - all as we get closer to November.
Here’s some perspective: Democrats have tried the tactic of slamming Trump consistently in the media, then they spied on his campaign, then they impeached him twice without evidence, then they tried to pin the label of ‘insurrectionist’ on him, then they tried to have him removed from ballots, and now are using the courts to make a non-crime, a crime. Why do Democrats hate Democracy so much…?
