Let’s start it off with some FACTSThe ATF CANNOT MAKE LAW The Fifth circuit ruled in Michael Cargill’s other case that the ATF does not have the legislative authority to create law here is Gun Owners of America’s Erich Pratt on that subject

This case is about the trigger. Does the trigger allow uninterrupted fire, or not. The bump stock does not change the functionality of the trigger, so therefore this should be another LOSS for the ATF. We could know about SCOTUS’ decision in this case by May or June this year. What is staggering is how little our Supreme Court Justices know about guns and their functionality.
