European leaders’ proposal to support Ukraine through 2026 with tens of billions in new debt is described as fantasy: they hope for collateral from Ukrainian assets they may never receive—especially if Russia wins. This would leave Europe burdened with debt and failed expectations, further damaging its economy.

The speaker claims European governments are lying to their citizens about the war and fear accountability for the large Ukrainian casualties.
