A new study at the University of Winnipeg indicates that people who engage in text messaging tend to be more racist and shallow than those who do not.
According the study, students who sent more than 100 text messages per day were reportedly 30% less likely to concern themselves with living ethical lives. Those who sent 50 text messages or less were far more likely to care about living principled lives.
"Ultra-brief" forms of communication like texting are said to encourage rapid and shallow thought, do you find this to be true?
