Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report talks to David Sacks (former PayPal COO, co-host of the All In Podcast, angel investor in Facebook, Uber & SpaceX and founder, of Craft Ventures) about how Silicon Valley got enveloped by woke culture, why Big tech targeted Parler and the catastrophe that has resulted from lockdowns pushed by the global elite. In this clip David discusses how he met entrepreneur Peter Thiel at Stanford University and how he was brought on to be the COO at the then tech startup PayPal. He describes the early signs of critical theory and woke culture that led him and Peter Thiel to write the Diversity Myth in 1998. He shares how Silicon Valley culture took a turn towards big tech censorship and cancel culture after the election of Donald Trump. After the media blamed Facebook fake news and social media disinformation for electing Trump, Big Tech changed course. According to David that was the beginning of the tech monopolies using their power to affect politics and the national culture.
