He describes how the failed leadership of Andrew Cuomo and Bill DeBlasio have guaranteed that leaving NY is the best option for anyone who can. He describes how Detroit never recovered from its failed policies and NY will suffer the same fate. He also discusses why Hollywood is dead as well. With YouTube and cheap film equipment, people no longer need to move to Los Angeles to be involved in the entertainment business. That is part of the reason there is a massive California exodus of people moving out of state.
