First, Dave shares a clip of a Jen Psaki press conference where she discusses how Republican voter id laws are a threat to voter rights. Psaki doesn’t stop there. She goes on to say that these are actually “efforts to strip the right to vote" and "the worst challenge to our democracy since the Civil War." Meanwhile Chuck Schumer says that these laws will somehow make it easier to steal an election. Next, Dave discusses Joe Biden’s plans to combat COVID 19 vaccine disinformation to increase vaccination rates. It was revealed that they will be using fact-checkers more aggressively and work with SMS carriers to dispel misinformation that is sent over social media and text messages. Finally, in yet another example of social justice in sports Major League Baseball is planning to spend up to $150 million to build more equitable systems in baseball and increase black representation throughout the sport. Will the MLB follow the “get woke go broke” model and cause a collapse in MLB TV ratings?
