There are rumors swirling around Washington that famed swing vote, Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy may be retiring soon, which would give Donald Trump yet another opportunity to name a supreme court justice. His first Pick Neil Gorsuch joined the bench in April, and in 13 cases Gorsuch sided with Justice Clarence Thomas on each. So how conservative is Neil Gorsuch turning out to be?
