In today's conversation, Col. Black says he doesn't believe Putin has tampered with American, French, Hungarian or British elections. He says Putin is a stabilizing influence in Russia and Eastern Europe and that Putin's Wagner Group is not made up of Neo Nazis. Colonel Black says Putin is not wrong in claiming Ukraine is in need of De-Nazification.
